This policy explains what data bestmt4ea.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.
It is short because the site is simple. Pages are pre-built files served from a content network. There are no user accounts, no newsletter list, and no requirement to give us anything to read, download or compare anything here. We do not sell personal data.

What is collected, and by whom
Cookies and similar technologies
This site itself sets no tracking cookies. Cookies are set by services embedded in or linked from the pages:
- Google AdSense — some pages carry display advertising. Google and its partners may set cookies to measure and personalise ads. See How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Affiliate links — when you follow an affiliate link, the destination site sets its own cookie so the referral can be credited. That cookie belongs to that site, not to us. See our affiliate disclosure.
- Embedded media and third-party tools — where a page embeds a chart, video or widget from another provider, that provider may set its own cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised Google advertising at Google Ads Settings. Blocking cookies does not prevent you reading or downloading anything here.
Server logs
The site is served through Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — to deliver the content and to protect against abuse. We use it for performance and security, not to build profiles.
Downloads
Free files are stored on Cloudflare R2 and delivered from files.bestmt4ea.com. Downloading a file is an ordinary request to that host and is logged in the same way. We do not ask for an email address, and no account is needed.
Messages you send us
If you email us or contact us on Telegram, we receive what you send — typically your address, your message and any attachment — and keep it only as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the support we gave.
Purchases
When you buy a licence, the information needed to process the order — contact details, order details and payment confirmation — is handled by our checkout and payment provider. Card and wallet details are entered with that provider; we do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
Why we process it
- To serve the site and keep it working — legitimate interest in operating a functional, secure website.
- To measure and fund the site — advertising and affiliate attribution, on the basis of consent where consent is required, and legitimate interest otherwise.
- To answer you — performance of our agreement with you, or your consent, when you contact us.
- To complete a purchase and provide support — performance of the contract between us.
- To meet legal obligations — for example, tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors that operate the site:

Each is bound by its own terms and, where required, a data-processing agreement. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Server and security logs are retained by the host for a short period. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful and then removed. Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. We do not keep data we have no reason to hold.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- erase it, where we have no overriding obligation to keep it;
- restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing;
- port data you gave us, in a machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, these rights come from the GDPR / UK GDPR. If you are in California, the CCPA/CPRA also gives you the right to know what is collected and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond what the advertising provider does under your consent settings.
To exercise any right, email bestmt4ea@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. You will not be treated differently for making a request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, files are delivered over HTTPS, and access to our own systems is limited. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
We link to brokers, tool vendors and data providers. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which govern what they do with your data. We are not responsible for their practices, and we recommend reading their policies before signing up.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the review date below is updated. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be described on the page itself.
