What we provide
We publish software (expert advisors, indicators, presets), written guides, performance comparisons and a free-download library.
Downloads fall into two categories, and the difference matters:
- Hosted files — our own builds, and open-source software whose licence permits redistribution. These are stored on our own storage and delivered from
files.bestmt4ea.com. Every entry states its licence and credits the original author, with a link to the source. - Linked files — third-party commercial products. These are never copied onto our servers. We link to the publisher’s own page so you obtain the product from the rights holder.

Risk
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, commodities and cryptocurrencies carries a substantial risk of loss, and leverage increases it. You are responsible for your own trading decisions, settings and outcomes. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Read the full risk disclaimer before you act on anything here.
How we present performance data
Every performance figure we publish comes from a tracked third-party account, and the page links to that account so you can verify it directly.
- Account type is always stated. Where the tracked account holds demo funds rather than live money, the page says so. A demo record is not a live result, and we do not present one as the other.
- Figures may be transcribed or synced. Pages state which, and when the figures were last checked. If a sync is stale, the page says that too.
- Backtests are described as backtests. Where we show simulated results, they are labelled as such. Hypothetical results do not reproduce real fills, spreads, slippage or liquidity.
- Past performance does not indicate future results. Nothing here is a forecast, and no outcome is promised or implied.
Advertising and affiliate links
Some pages carry display advertising, and some outbound links — brokers, platforms, tool vendors — are affiliate links. An affiliate link is marked rel="sponsored nofollow noopener", disclosed on the page, and never placed next to a download button. If you follow one and sign up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See the affiliate disclosure.
Purchases, licences and refunds
- A licence is granted to you personally and is not transferable unless the product page says otherwise.
- Licence tiers, duration and what each includes are stated on the product page. Read them before buying.
- Files are delivered after payment is confirmed, together with setup guidance.
- Refund policy. If you run the software on a live account for at least 30 consecutive days and that account shows a verified net loss, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We review each request against the account records and decide whether it qualifies. Requests made outside those conditions are considered at our discretion.
- Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may result in the licence being withdrawn.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute paid software, licences or activation keys;
- share licence keys publicly or on resale platforms;
- redistribute our written content as your own;
- attempt to disrupt the site, or access it in a way that interferes with other users;
- use the site where doing so would break any law that applies to you.
Software and content are provided as is
Software, presets and written material are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that any software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or profitable. Automated trading depends on your platform, broker, connection, settings and market conditions — all of which are outside our control. Test everything on a demo account first.
Your responsibility for compliance
You are responsible for making sure your use of anything from this site complies with the laws that apply to you, and with the terms of your broker or platform. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit trading in leveraged products. We do not verify that our products are suitable or permitted where you live.
Copyright and takedown
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users of this site to do the same. Our hosted/linked distinction above is how we keep that position enforceable.
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, follow the notice procedure in our DMCA and copyright policy. That page sets out exactly what a valid notice must contain and how we handle it. We act on valid notices promptly; where material we host is yours and you would simply prefer it credited differently or removed, email us first and most issues are resolved faster.
Third-party services
We link to brokers, tool vendors and data providers, and some pages embed their content. We do not control those services, are not responsible for their content or performance, and linking to one is not a recommendation of it. Your relationship with any third party is governed by their terms.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, and the review date below changes when it does. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
